1. Skrill.com (Moneybooker.com) has no dispute center or any possibility of recovering your money if anything goes wrong. So never ever send money via Skrill.com unless its to your mother you love so much with no possibility seeking any refund.
2. Skrill.com does not carry out any fraud check to see if your goods or services are delivered or not unlike Paypal that has buyers protection, In Skrill.com you're on your own.
SO READ HOW THIS SCAM IS
1. A Scammer says he has alot of money on freelancer.com or he's in trouble with paying with paypal or uploading funds on freelancer.com or he has Money in Skrill to exchange with Freelancer milestone, he asks you (SCAM VICTIM) to send him money via SKRILL.COM (SCAMMERS HEAVEN) while he creates and sends a milestone to you on freelancer.com using STOLLEN CREDIT CARDS.
2. After you ( SCAM VICTIM) send the money via SKRILL.COM (SCAMMERS HEAVEN) to the SCAMMER, he disappears and within 12-24hours FREELANCER.COM will reverse all the MILESTONE, meaning you will lose all the money paid on freelancer by this SCAMMER due to stolen credit cards used for paying for a milestone project.
3. You (SCAM VICTIM) urgently call SKRILL.COM to open a dispute, oops no were to file a dispute, so you call them on phone at +442035145562, the person behind the phone tells you your money can't be refunded or disputed as all payments are final and nothing can be done - "its our policy"
Ta-ra! you have just been SCAMMED! MONEY GONE!
This SCAM was carried out by a Scammer in Pakistan called Rehan Zahid with emails: rehanzahid32555@yahoo.com , odoemiworv@yahoo.in

You can add this email: pixeldesigngroup@rediffmail.com to the list of fraudsters as well. Got similar request from someone claiming to be from italy. Account was new but he sure knew freelncer in an out. I can send you screenshots etc as proof.
